● This machine is used for cutting uPVC profiles in angle 45°,90°，V-notch and mullion. Once clamping can cut four profiles at the same time.

● The electrical system adopts isolation transformer to isolate it from external circuit, which can improves the stability of CNC system.

● This machine is consist of three parts: feeding unit,cutting unit and unloading unit.

● Feeding Unit:

① The automatic feeding conveying table can automatically feed four profiles to the feeding pneumatic gripper at the same time, can save time and energy and high efficiency.

② The feeding pneumatic gripper is driven by servo motor and precision screw rack, the precision of repeated positioning is high.

③ Feeding unit is equipped with profile straightening

device(patent),which greatly improves the cutting accuracy of profiles.④ Optimized cutting function: According to the cutting details of the job order, the profile can be optimized for cutting; the pre-optimized profile cutting data can also be imported through the U disk or the network, laying the foundation for users to achieve standardization, modularization and networking. Avoid unnecessary losses caused by human error and other factors.

● Cutting Unit:

① This machine is equipped with waste cleaning device,can transmit cutting waste into waste container,Effectively prevent the accumulation of waste and the pollution of the site,improve the working environment.

② High-precision spindle motor is directly drives the saw blade to rotate,which improves the cutting accuracy and stability.

③ It is equipped with independent backup plate and pressing,it is not affect by the thickness of each profile when processing profiles to ensure pressing and reliable.

④ After finishing the cutting, the saw blade will move away the surface of cutting when returning ,can avoid to sweeping the surface  profile,not only improves the precision of cutting ,but also can reduce the wear and tear to the saw  blade to increased the use life of the saw blade.

● Unloading Unit:

① Unloading mechanical gripper is driven by servo motor and precision screw rack,move speed is fast and the precision of repeated positioning is high.

② First-cut,first-out unloading program is designed, eliminate slipping in the cutting process.
