This machine can be combination with double-end milling machine, robot arms, transferring and sorting lines to form a window and door production line. It can complete all processing of window frames and sashes.
Main function:
1. cutting + up and down drilling and milling + front and rear drilling and milling + front and rear laser engraving + rear pins, glue injection and drilling
2. Mainly focused on laser engraving, drilling and milling, and integrated processing of 45-degree and 90-degree angles for aluminum door and window profiles.
3. Up and down drilling and milling, front and rear laser engraving, rear drilling and milling + front drilling and milling (can mill invisible drainage holes), rear pin glue injection and drilling.
4. The layout of laser and drilling and milling can be customized according to needs.
