● Main Feature：

1. The holes and slots can be drilled and milled on the four sides of the profile, double-sided laser marking and any angle cutting between 45° and 135° can be performed.

2. High accuracy：

2.1 High angle accuracy: The variable angle rotation mechanism adopts high-precision imported reducer to ensure that the continuous rotation angle is ≤2' (0.033°).

2.2 High-precision cutting: The saw blade actively avoids the cutting surface of the workpiece when returning to avoid sweeping the material，which improves the smoothness of the cutting surface, avoids the generation of burrs, and greatly increases the service life of the saw blade.

2.3 High precision of pin holes: No need for secondary positioning, pin holes (corner key holes) can be processed while sawing to avoid errors caused by secondary positioning.

3. High speed：

3.1 The three work areas can be processed at same time: Drilling on four sides of profiles, cutting and pin hole (corner key hole) drilling are performed simultaneously to ensure high processing speed.

3.2 Cutting in high speed：The servo motor controls the cutting, and the saw blade forward and backward speed is set by the computer. The cutting speed is not affected by the profile section and wall thickness, and can achieve uniform advance and high-speed retreat, ensuring the smoothness of the cutting surface and high cutting speed.

4. The chip conveyor is set on the side of the equipment, which not only saves space at the rear of the main engine, but also facilitates sanitary cleaning.

5. Automatic labeling: convenient for profile classification and subsequent data management.

6. Intelligent interconnection: It can be connected to European design software and domestic mainstream window and door ERP software (such as: klaes, jopps, Zhujiang, Thinker, YSVSY, Chang Feng, Chuangying, Zowee, Mendao Cloud, etc..), and use door and window software to convert drawings into production data, to drive manufacturing production with data.
