It’s used for processing all kinds of holes and grooves of aluminum profile and laser engraving line. The worktable is driven by servo motor to rotate automatically within -90°～90° , once clamping can complete the processing of three surfaces. Equipped with standard graphics library, can import directly the graphics to generate the processing program by network or USB disk.

It can add one laser milling head with engraving line function.

This machine is used for processing all kinds of holes and grooves of aluminum profile and laser engraving line. Built in CAM software in IPC. The worktable is driven by 9.5KW servo motor to rotate automatically within -90°～90°, big torque, once clamping can complete the processing of three surfaces, high processing efficiency. Equipped with a tool magazine with 5pcs tools, automatic tool changing. The fixture has automatically avoidance function, improve processing efficiency, avoid damage the fixture, save time and labour. Online with software, process automatically by scanning QR codes, the system has standard graphics library, and can import directly the graphics to generate the processing program by network or USB disk. It adopts Lifting protective cover, automatic lifting, high security, and unique chip removal design, equipped with bottom chip tray to make the workshop cleaner.
