Product Introduction
1.Including 2 sets KUKA/ABB welding robot, with C4 control cabinet, DivicNET communication modular, welding software package.
2.Two MIG welding machines, with power source, welding material feeder, software, ARS water cooling welding gun, water tank, welding wire rectify system.
3.Welding fixtures/tables, with robot arm installation base, welding wire support rack, welding wire feeder rack, damping system, balance system, arc light protective curtain.
4.Welding gun cleaning station.
5.Safety fence is optional.
6.Operators firstly put the panel, stiffeners on the table and assembly, locating and clamping well, then start the robots, the welding robots will automatically start work,. at same time operators can assembly the panel on another worktable, after the first panel welding finished, the robots will automatically shift to another worktable for welding, operators will unload the welded panel and assembly a new panel and enter into a new cycle.
